All bookings require a 50% deposit for each date booked. Deposits lock in your date and will be applied immediately and directly to your outing. Balance to be paid in cash or check.

Cancellation 30 days or less will forfeit your deposit. At our discretion, we will try to reschedule and carry your deposit over if possible. We request reschedules to take place within 90 days and will expire in 6 months.

Cancellations on our part will allow for full refund of deposit. We accept no responsibility for expenses incurred and or resulting from our cancellation. Unforeseen events, serious weather, water conditions, etc. may result in having to re-schedule the trip. We reserve the right to do so.

All clients and guest will be required to sign and date our Participant Agreement and Release of Liability. Please call for departure locaton and meeting times prior to your trip. Directions will be provided at that time if needed. We advise calling a couple of days prior to your trip to confirm weather and water conditions. We will answer any remaining questions you may have at that time.
